Sherry Sheetz Hill

Sherry Sheetz Hill, 71, of Meadowview, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home on March 7, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Sherry was born on February 8, 1955, in Bristol, Tennessee. She lived a life grounded in faith, prayer, and love for her family. Her relationship with the Lord was central to who she was, and she carried that faith with her in the way she loved and cared for others. A faithful member of LifeSpring Bristol Church, Sherry was known as a woman of prayer and encouragement.

Her gentle spirit, kind heart, and unwavering devotion to those she loved made her a blessing to everyone who knew her. Some of her happiest moments were spent with her family or enjoying mountain rides, taking in the beauty of the places she loved. But more than anything, her greatest joy was being with the people she loved most.

Sherry was preceded in death by her father Ronnie Sheetz.

She shared 50 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Randy Hill, building a life centered around faith and family. She leaves behind her children, Jason Hill and wife Pamela, Nicholas Hill and wife Dawn, and Hollie Rogers and husband Dillon, who will forever carry her love and example with them. Her grandchildren, Lilia, Madison, Juliana, Ella, Isabella, Anabel, Ryker, Holden, and Ephraim, were a tremendous source of joy in her life and held a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her mother Joyce Boyce, her mother-in-law Imogene Hill, and her nephew Adam Tabor.

Visitation for friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 12, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Frost Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 13, at 2:00 PM at Glenwood Cemetery Mausoleum in Bristol, Tennessee with graveside service immediately following for those who would like to attend.

Pallbearers will be Jason Hill, Nicholas Hill, Dillon Rogers, Tommy Puckett, Jason Tanksley, and Cody Monk.

Though her family grieves her absence, they find peace knowing that Sherry is now in the presence of the Lord she faithfully loved and served.
