Shelby Jean Bogle

                                Shelby Jean Bogle, 73, of Glade Spring, Va., passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at Valley Health Care in Chilhowie, Va. She was born January 24, 1946 to the late Arch and Lilly Hurd Skeens, In Russell County, Va. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, spending time with family especially her grandsons who were the light of her world. Including her parents, she is preceded in death by, five brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include, daughter, Melissa Taylor and husband Matthew; one sister, Linda Griffith; two grandsons, Dustin Taylor and Sarah Wolfe, and Cody Taylor; also, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2015 at Frost Funeral Home. A service will take place at 1:00 PM following visitation in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Walls officiating. A committal service will follow at Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, Va. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Valley Health Care for all their love and care.
