Samuel Raymond Puckett

Updated: Jan 12, 2023

Samuel was a young boy with a wild streak. He loved to give his mother a hard time. He was taught early on the importance of hard work by his father and continued to be a great role model for his two sons. His father worked as a coal truck driver in Haysi, VA. And after his dad’s passing, most people knew Samuel with the nickname, RingEye after his fathers old cb handle. Growing up in a small town, he loved to help friends and neighbors however he could, never expecting anything in return. Samuel loved to work with his hands, creating one of a kind masterpieces or gifts for those he loved. He also loved to teach his boys all about cars, four wheelers, or anything with a motor. He grew up in a Christian home and church and continued it in raising his boys. He loved his wife and boys and tried to give them everything life has to offer.

Samuel Puckett, age 41, went to be with the Lord in his Bristol, VA. Residence on Monday, January 2, 2023 from an apparent heart attack.
