Ronald Lee Phillips, 77, of Glade Spring, VA., went home to be with his heavenly father on August 31, 2025.

He was the son of the late Lee Long Phillips and Nannie Mullins Phillips.

He is also preceded in death by his wife, Sallie Norris Phillips; daughter, Whitney Brooke Phillips, and son-in-law, Randy Dixon.

He is survived by his daughter, Joy Elizabeth Dixon and light of his life, grandson, Tyler Christian Dixon and wife McKenzie. He is also survived by his brother, Donald Gene Phillips and wife Connie. Family and friends also held a special place in his heart. 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday, September 03, 2025, at Holston Conference Cemetery in Emory, Virginia, with Pastor Stephen Bednar officiating. Those attending are asked to gather at the cemetery by 12:45 P.M.
