I've known Rocky since high school and also from working at the Empire Restaurant for his brother and sister in law, Lowell and Rosemary. He was always smiling and had only kind words for everyone. My prayers are with his family and friends. Rocky will be missed, but he'll always be in our hearts and thoughts. Susie Bryant

I am so sad for the loss of my friend! He was truly a great man. I enjoyed talking to him every day when he came to get the food for the kids. I will always remember him as one of the best! So sorry for the family, and many prayers!
