Richard Allen Norris, 67, passed away on March 9, 2026. He was born on March 30, 1958.

Richard was known for his easygoing spirit and his love for life. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and working on small engine repair, always happiest when he had something to tinker with.

He had a special gift for making others smile and was well known for telling a good joke to bring laughter to those around him. Richard believed in enjoying life to the fullest and sharing that joy with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Dora Norris; his sister, Regina Keys; his maternal grandmother, Oliveen Shaffery; and his paternal grandmother, Mae Norris.

Richard is survived by his four brothers, Dickie Norris, Gary Brown, Jerry Brown, and Charlie Brown, as well as several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Richard will be remembered for his humor, his kind heart, and the happiness he brought to those who knew him.

Per Mr. Norris’ request, no services will be held.
