Radell Greer, 78, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born January 24, 1944 to the late Fred and Mary Ann Huffman Greer in Washington County, VA.
Mr. Greer enjoyed spending time and tending to his garden, being in the outdoors and playing with his K-9 companion Dolly. He also loved carrying out his tradition of making weekend breakfast for the entire family. Above all he loved and adorned his grandchildren.
Including his parents he is preceded in death by, one sister, Dorothy Testerman; four brothers, Earnest Greer, Troy Greer, JB Greer, and Conley Greer.
Survivors include, two sons, Lee Gregor and wife Connie, and Jimmy Gregor and wife Melissa; two brothers, Cecil Greer, and Roy Greer and wife Bev; five sisters, Alma Jean Pennington, Connie May Greer, Lucy Huber and husband Jim, Shelby Rupard, and Linda Cole; grandchildren, Devin, Tiffany, Tommy, Montana, Ethan, and Bella; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Frost Funeral Home with a service following at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Gary Ritchie officiating. A committal service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Green Cove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M.
