Oscar Martin Lewis “Junior”

Oscar Martin Lewis “Junior”, age 71, of Glade Spring, Va., passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

Junior was born December 25, 1946, in Washington County, Va.  He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

Junior was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Catherine Lewis; his father and mother, Oscar and Ann Lewis and son, Ronnie Whittaker II.

Survivors include his son, James Martin Lewis; brother, Donald Lewis and wife, Pat of Atlanta, GA; sister, Sharon Pohlke and husband, Rick of N. Disputanta, Va.; grandchildren, Autumn and Jimmy Lewis, Angel and husband, Paul Sykes and Ronnie Whittaker III; a very special niece, LeAnne Mullins whom he cherished and loved as his daughter.

Junior enjoyed fishing and spending time with his best buddies, Ronald McGlocklin and Bud Gregory.  Junior loved his family and was a wonderful friend to everyone, he was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
