Margaret Newsome Smith passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 90. She was born to Brady and Edith Newsome. One of 11 children, she is survived by one sister Ruby (Harold) Harbin of Evans, GA and one brother, Lanson (Faye) Newsome of Jenkensburg, GA.
A private memorial service will be held at the home of her niece, Marie Cornett and the late Jerry Cornett of Damascus, VA.
