Linda Lou Baker, 80, of Abingdon, Virginia went to be with the Lord in her sleep on November 10, 2024.
She graduated in 1963 from Honaker High School. Retired from retail and loved to dance. Linda was loved by many and never met a stranger.
Linda was born on May 1, 1944, in Honaker, Virginia to the late Isaac and Kathleen Harrison.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; three brothers Maynard Douglas, Charles Randall; and Ted Andrew Harrison; and one sister Nevada Leigh Harrison.
Linda is survived by her husband Kenneth Baker; one son Chad Fuller; two daughters Nerissa Lawson (Sam); and Nancy “Robin” Dye (Bill); two brothers, Eddie Harrison (Carolyn) and Wayne Harrison (Karen); three grandsons James “Brandon” Dye (Violet); Brennan Dye (Brittany); and Ethan Brooks (Madison); two sisters Loretta Watson; and Wanda Nurre (Ken); two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several friends.
Visitation for Linda will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Frost Funeral Home in Abingdon, Virginia with a service to follow with Rev. Marcus Harrison officiating. Committal service will take place at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Forest Hills Memory Gardens in Abingdon, Virginia. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M.
