Kenneth Lee Wilson

June 3, 1948 – June 16, 2025

Kenneth Lee Wilson, age 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2025. Born on June 3, 1948, to the late Roy and Marie Wilson, Kenneth lived a life of service, devotion, and love.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Wilson; his daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Chad Kilgore; and his cherished granddaughter, Autumn Kilgore, who was the light of his life and “Papaw’s world.” Kenneth is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Fred Meredith; nephew Brett Meredith, his wife Tamra, and their daughter Ari; and sister-in-law Kathy Ohlrich.

Kenneth proudly served his country in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army. His dedication to protecting and serving others continued through over 20 years in Law Enforcement, followed by owning a Private Investigation Firm.

Known for his deep love of classic cars, Kenneth’s family fondly believes that when he entered Heaven, God had a '55 Chevy waiting at the gate just for him. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, a proud father and grandfather, a caring brother, and a loyal friend.

His legacy of strength, honor, and kindness will live on in those who loved him. We love him and will miss him every day until God brings us all home.

A private family graveside will take place on Friday, June 20, 2025.
