Jennifer was born on March 13, 1977 and was the daughter of the late Michael Cottrell and Louise Massengill Cottrell.
A memorial service will be held privately by the family at 2:00 pm on July 30, 2021 at 28590 Chesnut Ridge Rd., Meadowview, VA 24361.
