Janie Lois Cross Necessary, 82, passed away November 03, 2021 at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Necessary was born February 11, 1939 to the late Harvey and Coral Niswonger Cross in Banner County, Nebraska.
She was an avid reader, loved Christmas, word searches, watching the hallmark channel and painting. Ms. Necessary also loved spending time cherishing memories with the senior citizens of Whitetop and Green Cove VA.
Including her parents, she is preceded in death by, her husband James Necessary; one daughter, Rebecca Necessary; two brothers, Ralph Cross and Bob Cross; two sisters, Betty Cross and Irene Cowan.
Survivors include, two sons, Alan Necessary and wife Jamie, and Tom Necessary and wife Sherry; one daughter, Angie Blevins and husband Dennis; one sister, Janice Cross Wynne; six grandchildren, Drew Necessary and wife Brittney, William Necessary, John Pratt, Tiffany Blevins, Heaven Necessary, and Taylor Blevins; two great grandchildren, Faith Pratt and Dawson Roark; also many nieces and nephews.
Services for Ms. Necessary will be held privately.
