Evelyn P. Thomas, age 69, passed away June 23, 2018 surrounded by her loving family at her residence.
Mrs. Thomas was born October 10, 1948 to the late Klan and Faye Robinson Pleasant in Mtn. City Tn.
She loved spending time on vacation, especially going to the beach. Above all she loved spending time with her grandsons.
Including her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Mark Kevin Thomas.
Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, Mark W. Thomas; son, Wayne Thomas and wife Gina; sister, Diane Howard and husband Erby; three grandchildren, Micah Thomas and wife Amanda, Isaiah Thomas and wife Tori, Seth Thomas and wife Sierra; one great granddaughter, Tatum Snow Thomas; also, many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 2 pm Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Forrest Hills Memory Gardens, Abingdon, Va. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 pm.
