Dustin Steven Hamm, age 30, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Dustin was born on August 23, 1991, in Smyth County, Va., to Steven Wayne Hamm and Michelle Lynn Holmes Hamm. Dustin loved to fish and also enjoyed motorcycles and four wheelers.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gene Hamm and Floyd “Sy” Holmes.
Survivors include his parents, Steven Hamm (Kim) and Michelle Hamm (Kevin Poole); grandmother, Doris Holmes; brother, Jared Hamm (Jessica Baber); step brothers, Bryson Frye, Jay Frye and Tyler Frye; nieces, Zoey Hamm and Kylie Blevins; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will be having a private service at a later date.
