Dallas Leslie Hanson Sr., 75, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Dallas was born November 6, 1942 to the late Leslie and Myrtle Hanson.
Mr. Dallas was an ordained trained minister of the gospel of Christ. He loved God and honored Him with his whole life. Holding several pastorships, he enjoyed visiting with church family and friends. He was blessed with a strong mechanical mindset and could build most anything. He loved spending time with his wife & kids. His life was spent going above and beyond for his family because he knew it would help them. He was a strong man, full of integrity who stood by his beliefs up to his time of passing.
Including his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Hanson; and one sister, Emma Snyder. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Vada Wright Hanson; one sister, Fern Campbell; children, Les Hanson, James “Allen” Hanson and wife Tilda Hanson; Grandkids -children of Les – Jillena Lee Ledoux, Joshua, Zachary James, Conner Joseph and children of Allen – Zachary, Hannah
Had many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandkids, in-laws.
A small intimate gathering was held Tuesday October 30, 2018 to celebrate his life.
