Carolyn T. Reynolds, age 72, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Carolyn was a member of Abingdon Baptist Church and was employed with Frost Funeral Home as a funeral service assistant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Dosha Wyatt Thompson; one brother, Billy Wayne Thompson; one sister, Betty Jane Thompson; her husband, Morgan Reynolds; two very close cousins, Shirley Wyatt Neal and Mae Belisle and one brother-in-law, Don Reynolds.
She is survived by close cousins, James Wyatt and Jerry Belisle. Special close friends and relatives whom have been very dear to her Matthew Riley, Kayla Richardson, MacKenzie Riley, Suzanne Rowe, Judy Gearing, Adam Sharrett, Kayela Sharrett, Allen Stapleton and Paul Ed Scyphers. A special thank you to Judy Puckett, Barbara Hunt, Esther Land and Regina Carmack for all their help and also to her loving Frost Funeral Home family.
Visitation will be from 2 to 2:45 p.m., Sunday, April 14, 2019, in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m., in the chapel with Rev. Jerry A. Eggers and Pastor David Crowe officiating. Interment will follow in Knollkreg Memorial Park.
Honorary pallbearers will be past and present employees of Frost Funeral Home, Glen Foster, Sr., Larry Lane, Scott Lane and Eddie Thompson.
Carolyn requested that in lieu of flowers you tell someone “you love them”.
