Carol Dean Creasy,78, passed away on February 2, 2023, at Valley Health and Rehab in Chilhowie, Virginia.
She was born on February 21, 1944, the daughter of the late Arthur R. and Winnie M. Powers in Smyth County, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bobby Creasy and a son, Timothy Creasy. She was a lifetime resident of the area and was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her two Daughters, Tina Gentry and husband Keith of Meadowview, Virginia and Tammy Cannon and husband Al of Glade Spring, Virginia; Five Grandchildren, T.J Creasy and wife Miranda, Amanda Havens and husband Chip, Shannon Brown and husband Ricky, Tanika Gilbert and husband Dwayne, and Kristin Forrester and husband Dustin; nine great-grandchildren also survive.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Reverend Tim Bird officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M.
