Jack & Robin Frost
Owners
Jack and Robin are both lifelong residents of Washington County, Va., and have owned the funeral home since 2005. Jack has been affiliated with the funeral home since 1976 and a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1984. He is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Ga., where he was inducted as a member of Pi Sigma Eta National Morticians Honor Fraternity. Jack is also a licensed pre-need agent with Homesteaders Life Company. He is past committee member for both the International Order of the Golden Rule funeral home association and the historical Sinking Spring Cemetery of Abingdon. They live in the Green Spring community of Abingdon and have three sons and three grandchildren.

Tyler S. Bailey
Manager
Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
Tyler joined the firm in 2016 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He was born in Abingdon, Va. before moving to Russell County, Va. where he was a 2012 graduate of Honaker High School. Tyler attended Emory and Henry College before later transferring to John Tyler Community College in Richmond, Va. He graduated in 2015 from their mortuary science program with Magna Cum Laude honors. Tyler is also a licensed pre-need agent. He and his wife Caitlin and sons, Beau and Beckett, live in Abingdon. Tyler and his family attend Grace Christian Fellowship. He was also past President of the Southwest Virginia Funeral Director Association.

Heath Vance
Licensed Funeral Director

Heath lives in Bristol, Virginia with his wife, Chelsey, and their two sets of twins: John Carter, Maddy, Holston, and Mila. A 2012 graduate of Tennessee High School, Heath was a multi-sport athlete, playing baseball, football, and golf. He later earned his degree in Mortuary Science from Mid-America College of Funeral Service and successfully passed the National Funeral Board Examination. Heath and his family attend First Christian Church of Abingdon. In his free time, he enjoys watching Tennessee Vols football, spending time with his family, hunting, fly fishing, and playing golf. Heath is a dedicated professional with a genuine passion for guiding families through the funeral planning process with compassion and care.
