Tom Fulmer, 74 of Abingdon, Virginia went peacefully to be with the lord on February 17, 2026. Tom was born August 4, 1951. He was the son of the late Cecil Buren and Mary Ida Fulmer. He grew up in Andover, Virginia graduating from Appalachia High School in 1969. He was of the Methodist faith.
