Tyanna Marie Phillips Taylor, 46, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Advent Health Hospital in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Tyanna was a graduate of Castlewood High School and received an associate’s degree in accounting from Virginia Highlands Community College.
She relocated to Edgewater, FL. 22 years ago.
Tyanna was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Taylor and sister, Christina Michelle Phillips.
Survivors include son, Gavin Taylor and fiancée, Delany Huggard of Edgewater, FL.; daughter, Teryn Taylor of Deland, FL.; son, Talan Taylor of Edgewater, FL.; mother, Linda Adams Roe and husband, Donald of Bristol, VA.; father, Clifton Doyle Phillips of Castlewood, VA.; sister, Kimberly Loss of Deland FL.; granddaughter, Sophia Carol May Taylor of Edgewater, FL.; stepbrother, Derek Phillips of Castlewood, VA.; and stepsister, Candice Romano of Lebanon, VA.
She will be remembered for her compassion and love for her family and friends, especially her very best friend of 41 years, Maryanne Vance.
A visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Frost Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel with pastor Kevin Rogerson officiating. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter, 27252 Porter Lane Abingdon, VA 24211.
In accordance with COVID-19 regulations, all those attending services are asked to wear face coverings and follow social distancing guidelines.
