Sallie Gail Norris Phillips, 73, of Glade Spring, VA., passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Sallie was preceded in death by her parents, John Paul Norris and Victoria Burleson Norris; her brother, John Paul Norris II and a son-in-law, Randy Scott Dixon.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lee Phillips; daughters, Joy Elizabeth Dixon and Whitney Brooke Phillips; grandson, Tyler Christian Dixon and fiancé, McKenzie Moore; sisters, Betty Craft and husband, Irvin; Patricia Viers; Paulette Mays and husband, James; brother, Joel Norris and wife, Edwina; and several nieces, nephews and special friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M., on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Holston Conference Cemetery in Emory, Va., with Pastor Greg Alderman and Dr. Paul Bufford officiating. Those attending are asked to gather at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M.
Pallbearers will be Joel Norris, Donnie Phillips, Don Phillips, Andrew Samuel, Tyler Dixon, James Grimsley and Trey Norris.
