Mr. Robert Tignor, age 61, of Abingdon, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018, in Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Tignor was born June 21, 1956 to the late Cummings and Nova Casey Tignor. He was a devoted Christian and was a member of Duncanville Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Lee Roy Cummings Tignor.
Survivors include, wife of 14 years, Wanda Tignor; sister, Mary J. Chapman and husband Daniel; brother, Albert E. Tignor and wife Martha.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 pm until 7 pm Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Frost Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11 am Thursday, at Duncanville Church in Brumley Gap with Brother Clark Powers, Brother Haskel Justice and Brother Howard Rowe officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Albert E. Tignor, Albert C. Tignor Jr., Chris Alexander, Eugene Tignor, Gary Litton, and Justin Whitehead. Brumley Gap Fire Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.
