Leon Kemery Street

Leon Kemery Street of Abingdon, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 after a long battle with cancer.

He was born April 4, 1962, the son of the late Leon and Willie Mae Denny Street. He was an avid reader and loved to collect special editions of various authors. He also enjoyed collecting vintage items of interest.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Andis and sister, Leslie Grace and husband David of Bristol, VA.

There are no services planned.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Desalvo and to “Kemery’s Girls” at the JMH Cancer Center for their love, support, and understanding throughout our journey. We are also grateful for the excellent care given to Kemery by his caregiver Rosie Scott.
