James R. Hearl, 50, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018, at his home.
James was born in Washington County, Va., and had lived in the area his entire life. He enjoyed camping, hiking and working on cars. James was currently employed with Bristol Regional Medical Center where he had worked in the maintenance department for the past seven years.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Thelma Hearl; special uncle and aunt, Bill and Freda Morseberger; special cousin, Michael Morseberger; father-in-law, Allen Leutbecher; and a special friend, Michael Ambrosio.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 31 years, Robin Hearl; one son, Brian Hearl and fiancé, Amanda Ambrosio of Apopka, FL; his father, Charles Hearl; mother, Peggy Carbary; mother-in-law, Brenda Leutbecher of Meadowview; four sisters, Hope Warren, Charlene Hearl, Sharon Kennedy and Gwen Hearl; two brothers, DeWayne Hearl and Darrius Carbary; special cousins, Johnny Wright and wife Beth and Linda Leonard; and special friends, Mike and Linda Ambrosio of Yalaha, FL.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Dwayne Dillard officiating.
