Jack Stanley Faust, 90, passed away July 25, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center.
Jack was born on September 19, 1929 to the late Charles and Trula Faust. He was a decorated veteran who served in the Navy in the Pacific during World War II. Jack was a devoted husband and father. He was also a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Saltville, Virginia and loved the Lord.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Ovella Faust, as well as two daughters Jennifer Blevins and Connie Cross, son Tony Ray Faust step-son James Norris, step-daughter Connie McGlocklin, and sister Ella Mae Brown.
Survivors include two daughters, Pamela Ann Faust of Bristol, VA and Mary Catherine Campbell of Bristol, VA; three step sons, Jackie Norris and wife Polly of Saltville, Virginia, George Norris and wife Amy of Saltville, Virginia, and Roscoe Norris of Wardensville, West Virginia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, July 31, 2020 in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel with full military honors provided. Pastor Benny Frye will be officiating. A private inurnment will be held at Mountain Home VA National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Bristol Life Saving Crew, located at 1601 Euclid Avenue, Bristol, VA 24201.
