William Kelly Barker, age 77, passed away January 31, 2025, at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN.

He was born September 6, 1947, to the late Allen Barker and Catherine Blevins in Konnarock, VA. Mr. Barker had a true knack and love for fishing and hunting. His favorite hunting place was on Whitetop Mountain. He had a special place in his heart for animals and was kind to all who knew him.

Including his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Everett Barker, brothers-in-law Don and Jimmy Rust, mother and father in-law Quincey and Oscar Rust.

He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Jane Barker, sons Eric Lee Barker and Edgar Leon Allen Barker, and granddaughter Peyton Lee Barker (Ethan Taylor).

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of both Johnston Memorial Hospital and Bristol Regional Medical Center for caring for Kelly. We also would like to thank close family friends and members (Betty Caudill, Carol Rust, Diana Meade) for being supportive and loving during this difficult time.
