Mrs. Virginia Lee Widener, age 78, of the Widener's Valley Community, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 4, 2024.

Born to the late Lihu and Marilyle Wright, Virginia was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her four children: Angela, Paul, Brandon (and his wife Heather), and Andrea; seven grandchildren: Chase, Ashley, Brandon Jr., Brennan, Melanie, Joshua, and Natalie; two great-grandchildren: Dakota and Marlee; and her siblings, LH Wright and Johnsie Morgan.

Virginia's loving spirit, kind heart, and unwavering devotion to her family will be deeply missed. Her legacy of love, strength, and faith will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the support and condolences during this difficult time.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Pleasant View Baptist Cemetery at 11:00 A.M with Pastor Steve Castle and Pastor Vann Seal officiating.
