Trilla M. Hamm Childress, 82, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Bristol Rehab and Memory Care.

Trilla was born on January 1, 1941 in Virginia to the late Rufus Hamm and Elizabeth Doss Hamm.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Childress; two sons, William Childress and David (Kelly) Childress; grandson, Johnny (Gretchen) Childress; four great grandchildren, Tyler Childress, Hunter Hagen, Taylor Hagen and Jordan Bell; two sisters; Carolyn (Benny) Price and Betty Anderson; also, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
