Shirley Hale Lockhart, age 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at her residence.
Shirley was born in Virginia on January 23, 1938, to the late Clarence and Nora Hale, and resided there her whole life.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was also preceded in death by her husband, Guy Lockhart Jr.
At this time, no services will take place for Ms. Lockhart.
