Sharon Elaine Thomas Hawkins ,61, passed away April 16, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Sharon was born January 29, 1962 in Abingdon, VA to Yokeley and Betty Lester Thomas.

She loved doing anything outside from cracking walnuts, riding four wheelers, tending her flower garden, camping and especially weed eating. Above all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Thomas.

Survivors include her loving husband of 37 years Charles "Tiger" Hawkins; daughter, Ashley Hawkins and husband Jamie Henderson; two brothers, Jeff Thomas and wife Pam, and Todd Thomas and wife Rosa; three grandchildren, Mackenzie Norris, Jaxon Henderson and Arabella Henderson, also, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 21, 2023 at Frost Funeral Home. A service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Jimmy Hammonds officiating. A committal service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, April 21, 2023 at Skeen's Family Cemetery, Castlewood, VA. Those wishing to attend the committal service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 2:45 P.M.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jamie Henderson, Mark Trogdon, Larry Trogdon, Scott Trogdon, Shane Trogdon, Chris Spiva and Jeff Spiva.
