Senah Robin
Blevins
June 2, 1961 – May 4, 2026
Senah “Robin” Blevins, age 64, passed away surrounded by love and remembrance. She was born on June 2, 1961, in Chilhowie, Virginia, to the late Ray and Christine Blevins, and spent the last several years of her life in Abingdon, Virginia, a community she held close to her heart.
Robin dedicated approximately 30 years of service as a Registered Nurse, a career that reflected her compassion, strength, and unwavering commitment to caring for others. She worked as a Travel Nurse based out of Houston, Texas, serving as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. In addition, she provided skilled and compassionate care in Cardiac Care and Emergency Nursing, supporting patients and families during some of life’s most critical moments. Her calm presence, resilience under pressure, and genuine concern for others earned her deep respect throughout her career.
Most important to Robin was her faith. She professed her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ on March 16, 1976, and several years ago rededicated her life to Christ at Grace Tabernacle in Bristol, where she remained a faithful and devoted member until her passing. Her faith guided her life and was evident through her service, kindness, and steadfast love for others.
Beyond her professional and spiritual life, Robin will be remembered for her quiet strength, gentle spirit, and compassion. She had a special love for her precious cat, Smokey, who brought her comfort and companionship and held a very special place in her heart.
Senah “Robin” Blevins is lovingly remembered by family, friends, her church family, and all whose lives she touched. Her legacy lives on through the care she gave, the faith she lived, and the love she shared.
Robin’s life will be memorialized on Sunday, May 10th, at Grace Tabernacle, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Special thanks are extended to her devoted friends and caregivers, Andrea Cook, Stacey Horton, and Chad & Hope Morrison, for their love, care, and unwavering support. Robin would be deeply grateful to know that Smokey is now residing in a loving home with Wendel and Vonda Swartz. She never failed to express her love and appreciation for her pastors, Pastor David Horton and Pastors Michael and Tonya Switzer, and for all her beloved church family. Services provided by Frost Funeral Home of Abingdon are also much appreciated.
Robin will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Frost Funeral Home and Cremation Services is honored to serve the family of Ms. Senah "Robin" Blevins.
