Mr. Ronald Keith Treadway, 68, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023.

He was born January 20, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Alvis and Vaughndell Bailey Treadway. Keith retired as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Army after 27 years. He was an avid woodworker and loved to garden. He was a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Abingdon where he served as the adult Sunday School teacher.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Della Gray.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 48 years, Sandra Ann Treadway; one son, Bryan Treadway and wife LeAnne; two daughters, Vona Boswell and husband Jeff and Tamra Butz and husband Ric; one sister, Elaine Vinson; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 13, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Abingdon. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 P.M. at the church with Pastor Kevin Rogerson and Keith's son, Bryan Treadway, officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with full military honors being rendered by the Highlands Honor Guard and the United States Army.
