Ronald Jackson Grubb I, 73, went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2023 at Johnston Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 28, 1949 to the late Fleenor and Hazel Sells Grubb in Michigan.

Mr. Grubb loved to camp and loved to be outdoors, especially mowing and going to tractor pulls. Above all else, he enjoyed spending time with family.

Including his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Sue C. Skeen.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 56 years, Sammie "Sandy" Grubb; two sons, Ronald "Bones" Grubb II (Robin), and Zach Warren (Sallie); three daughters, Frances Deel (Shannon), Tanya Hayton (Cecil), and Rhonda Warren; three sisters, Judy Orfield (Eddie), Patricia Campbell (Randy), Brenda Self (Harley); two brothers, Michael Grubb, Jeff Grubb (Lori); grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah , Alex, Cole, Dawson, Marshall, Austin, Kayla, Haden, and Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by a special friend, Roy Fleenor, and his K-9 companion, Paisley.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. at Frost Funeral Home. A service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor David Gibson officiating. Committal will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
