Robert D. Casey, born June 5, 1961, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Casey served in the Army for 8½ years and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He had recently found a new love for guns and enjoyed going gun shopping.

He is survived by his fiancée and special friend, Martha Stanley; his children, Christiana Casey, fiancé Kortinie Surratt of Appalachia, VA; Joshua Casey of Abingdon, VA; Charles Casey of Abingdon, VA; and stepdaughter Jessica Price and her husband, Gary; as well as his grandchildren, Renee Price, Rose Price, and Matthew Widener.
