Robert John Balogh, 68, passed away on August 12, 2026. He was born on June 16, 1958, to John and Ruth Balogh.

Robert worked in a body shop and had a true passion for hot rods and classic cars. He enjoyed restoring them to sell and then moving on to his next project. His love for cars and the joy he found in each new project were an important part of his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Joseph Balogh; his wife, Sherry Balogh; his step-daughter, Melissa Phipps; and his step-son, Chris Phipps.

Robert is survived by his mother, Ruth Balogh; step-daughter, Amber Phipps; six grandchildren; his brother, Tim Balogh and wife Debbie; and his nephew, John Balogh and wife Katie.

In accordance with Robert's wishes, no formal services will be held.
