Rebecca Susan Odell, 50, passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2024.

She was born in Bristol, TN to the late Randall Odell and Mary Louise Cravens.

Rebecca loved writing and photography. She was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and a proud member of the school's marching band, the Rebel Regiment. She attended the Eastern Mennonite University, where she pursued studies in music theory. Rebecca also loved to be outside where she would admire the butterflies that she loved.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Vicki; and her special cat, pretty eyes.

Rebecca is survived by two sisters, Lisa Odell, and Catherine Odell.

Services for Rebecca will be held at a later date.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Johnston Memorial Hospital, and the infusion team at the cancer center. They would also like to give a special thanks to the special friends that she made at the rehab center, and special friend Christina.
