Reba Ann Love Neely, 82, of Abingdon, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on November 21, 2024.

She was born in Mountain City, Tennessee to the late Dana Frank Foister Love and Lona Irene Bumgardner Love.

Reba had a deep love for flowers and gardening, a passion that brought joy to her life and those around her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sally Neely.

Reba is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert Neely, and her two children, Robert K. Rambo and Lisa Neely Heath and husband Gary.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Dean Lundy officiating.
