Randall Lee Helbert, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at his home in Abingdon, Virginia.

Randall was born on January 3, 1957 to the late Jessee and Gaynell Helbert and remained a lifelong resident of Washington County, Virginia. Randall was a truck driver for over 40 years including 20 years transporting the race car for Morgan McClure. He was a member of Valley View Church.

Randall is survived by his loving wife, Debra Helbert; daughters, Randi Honaker and Kimberly Rasnake (Dallas); sisters, Loretta Helbert, Freda Holliday, and Darlene Helbert. Randall is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Valley View Freewill Church (19423 Spoon Gap Rd Abingdon, VA 24211) from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. A service for Randall will be held at 12:00 pm with Pastor Nick Shortridge officiating. Interment will follow in Greendale Chapel Cemetery where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
