Paul Allen Childers, age 75, of Abingdon, Virginia passed away on May 27, 2025.

Born on December 28, 1949, in Washington County, Virginia.

Paul retired from Blevins Construction after 40 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Winnie Witherspoon Childers and Ralph Childers, and a brother Wayne Childers.

Paul is survived by a brother Bill Childers, sister-in-law, Neva Pickle Childers, a niece, Patty Childers Mitchell (Robert), nephew, David Lee Childers (finance Cassie Pochyla), and great-niece, Phoebe Claire Mitchell.

Graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Memory Gardens on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Jerry A. Eggers officiating. Anyone wishing to attend is asked to be at the graveside by 12:45 P.M.
