Patricia Ann Blair Williams, 74, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Frost Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
