Nora Kay Davis Latham passed away peacefully at her home on August 28, 2025.

She lived most of her life in Lebanon, Virginia and Bristol, Virginia.

She is preceded in death by her parents Oma and Ben Davis; one son Steven Davis; and her husband John David Latham.

Those left to cherish her memory include one son William Jarboe; two daughters Shawnia Ratliff and Chrystal Rosenbalm; one grandson, that she raised like her own, Steven Jarboe; one brother David Davis; one great-granddaughter; and one great-grandson on the way.

Nora was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed dearly.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. at High Point Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be William Jarboe, Steven Jarboe, Shane Haas, Cory Rosenbalm, Bradley Rosenbalm, and Marty Rosenbalm.
