Michael Lane Warren, 74, of Abingdon, Virginia was welcomed home into the loving arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on November 15, 2025.

He was an active member of the Spoon Gap Freewill Baptist Church; where he served with and loved each member there. He was an avid golfer and when he wasn't in church you could find him and his brother on the golf course fellowshipping.

He was the son of the late Fred Warren and Pauline Warren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Gail Warren; his two sisters Jayne Clark and Helen Trivett.

He is survived by his two daughters, Amy Roark (Mike) and Amanda Jones (Brandon); five grandchildren, Hunter Jones, Seth Roark, Sierra Jones, Conner Wiles, and William Wiles; one great-grandchild Elijah Roark; one sister Virginia Hayes; and one brother Wayne Warren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Frost Funeral Home in Abingdon, Virginia from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Herbert Bailey officiating.
