Martha Lorraine Jessee Salyer, 82, passed away August 8, 2024, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 19, 1942, to the late Bascom and Naomi Bradley Jessee.   Martha loved her flower gardens and working word puzzles.  Above all, she adored her family and loved spending time with them.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Salyer; one son, Dale Salyer; two brothers, Jimmy Jessee and Bobby Jessee.

She is survived by her children, Penny (Steve) Branch, Waylan (Wendy) Salyer, and Brad (Pam) Salyer.   Martha is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, August 12, 2024, 1:00 P.M. at Temple Hill Mausoleum with Pastor Ray Bowman, officiating.   Those wishing to attend the service are asked to arrive at the mausoleum by 12:45 P.M.
