Marjorie Gaskins Paul Wing, age 96, of Berkeley County, SC passed away on December 9, 2023 in Abingdon, Virginia. Marjorie was born November 11, 1927 in Berkeley County, the daughter of Marklin D. Gaskins and Juanita Brandon Gaskins. She graduated from Macedonia High School, married and moved to Conway SC with her husband, Moses B. Paul. Prior to moving to Abingdon, VA she also resided in Myrtle Beach, Cheraw, Summerville, and Berkeley County, SC.

Marjorie owned and operated a cosmetology business in Cheraw, and was very active in her Methodist churches wherever she lived. Marjorie will be remembered for her strong faith, her kindness to others, and her willingness to help everyone she met.

She leaves behind two sons, Robert B. Paul of Richmond, VA, Darrell M. Paul of Rock Hill, SC, daughter Annette Paul Legard of Abingdon, VA, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and her sister, Juanita Thames of Bethera, SC. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband and father of her children Moses B. Paul, 2nd husband Donald G. Wing, sister Martha G. Lugar, brothers Franklin Delano Gaskins, Clyde Gaskins, and Mederia Gaskins.

A private graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina .
