Linda Gail Snead, age 80, passed away on May 25, 2024.

She was born in Coeburn, Virginia on June 13, 1943 to the late Garland Turner and Virginia Rose Smith.

Linda was known for her love of reading and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her stepfather, Jack Odum; husband, Joe Snead; and one brother, Donald Turner.

Those left to cherish her memory include, one daughter, Michele Mabe; granddaughter, Virginia Kristen Anderson; great-grandchildren, Addisyn Anderson, Preston Anderson, and Zane Anderson. Survivors also include, one nephew, Don Turner; and two Godchildren, Sarah Beth White and Emily White.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
