Kenneth Benny "Bo" Bare, 71, of Glade Spring, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, October 19th, 2025, after a six-year battle with cancer.

He was born on December 5, 1953, in Johnson City, Tennessee, and spent his life in Glade Spring.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie Elizabeth "Libby" Bare; son, Ben Bare (Meagan), grandchildren Abby and Jackson; daughter, Kari Bare; and brothers David Bare, Tim Bare (Becky), and Robin Bare.

He is also survived by nieces Kendra Cline (Derek), Courtney Miller (Josh), and Caitlin Ragaglia (Paul), as well as great-nieces Caroline, Camille, Savannah, great-nephew Walker; and father-in-law Johnny Wilcox.

Bo was preceded in death by his parents, E.L. "Benny" and Mary Bare; sister, Jane Williams; brother-in-law, Robert Williams; and mother-in-law Violet Wilcox.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Frost Funeral Home Chapel in Abingdon, Virginia with Pastor Cody Sturgill and Pastor Caleb Hollman officiating.

Pallbearers will be current and former employees.
