Joyce Ann Nash Harmon, 77, passed away on November 21, 2023.

Joyce Harmon was a lifetime resident Washington County, Virginia, graduated from Abingdon High School in 1965, and retired from Johnson Memorial Hospital after 20 years of service. Joyce was an audacious, extremely heartwarming, and personable lady that never knew a stranger and opened her friendly soul to all.

She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Harmon, parents William and Bessie Nash, a special friend Bobby Childress, and four brothers and two sisters.

Ms. Harmon is survived by her daughter, Pamela R. Harmon from Charleston, South Carolina, sister, Bettie Morrison of Abingdon, Virginia, and nieces, and nephews.

Extended family and friends can visit at the residence's address of 19480 Rustic Lane, Abingdon, VA anytime. Graveside services will be held on November 24, 2023, at 10:30 am at Forest Hill Cemetery, Abingdon, Virginia with Justin Terry officiating. Attendees, please arrive 15 minutes prior to beginning of funeral service.
