Joyce Mallie Moore Brown, 75, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023.

She was born March 16, 1948, to the late Ben and Reba Moore. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Brown; a granddaughter, Ashley White; one sister and four brothers.

She is survived by four children, Reba (Steve) Profitt, Donna (Tim) Groseclose, Donald (Suzanne) Brown, and Mary Roark; seven grandchildren, Steven White, Mary Beth Profitt, Mark Groseclose, Kristen Bayse, Julie Brown, Sara Roark, and Meghan Roark; seven great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Sandy Morefield-Sells. Joyce is also survived by several nieces and nieces.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Hills Memory Gardens in Abingdon, Virginia with Pastor Paul Ketron officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M.
