Jimmy Gerald Lee Trivett, 88, passed away on November 3, 2023 at Valley Rehab and Nursing Center in Chilhowie, Virginia.

Mr. Trivett was born January 6, 1935 to the late Lillard Trivett and Clyde Miller Trivett. Mr. Trivett worked as a truck driver and was a fan of Bluegrass music, Cadillacs, and WWE wrestling.

Including his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Gene Trivett and Bill Trivett, one sister, Barbara Trivett, and one granddaughter, Brittany Carol.

Survivors include a son, Larry Johnson, two daughters, Sheila Trivett and Wanda Blevins; one sister, Lucille Farmer; three brothers, Ted Trivett, Johnny Trivett, and Darrell Trivett; grandchildren, Eric Trivett and wife Samantha, Andrew Trivett, and Kim Blevins; great-grandchildren, Sophia Owens, Paiten Carol, Zayden Potter, and Teighlor Potter; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Trivett is also survived by a special friend, Scott Puckett.
